Adjustable two wheel multi use construction cart with removable tool baskets and wheels. The KERR-GIG is constructed from a combination of welded 1-½' and 1-¼' 14 gauge steel with a powder coat finish. The cart breaks down into 3 separate pieces: the neck, the core, and the base. It has two handles made of ⅞” OD 16 gauge round steel with rubber hand grips for easy and comfortable maneuvering. Attached to the steel base is a piece of ½' HDPE plastic black material that provides a durable surface to carry a variety of different items such as a compressor, tool box, basket, bucket, cooler and much more. This board comes with preset indentions designed to help hold some of the common compressors and 5 gallon buckets in place while in transit. The cart has two 20' black No flat Wheels designed to handle rough terrain, debris, construction cords, stairs, thresholds and more. The wheels are removable by pulling two cotter pins. The two removable plastic baskets are suspended from the neck and held by 1-½' x 2' break metal. The baskets are lightweight and will hold a variety of different tools and supplies and are easily removed by simply lifting them up and away. To assemble the cart, 1st you slide the two wheels onto the axles located on the core and secure with cotter pins. 2nd slide the neck into the core and secure with the hitch pin at desired height. 3rd slide the base with the deck onto the core and secure with hitch pin. 4th place the baskets on the neck at the suggested locations. The cart is now ready to be loaded. To disassemble simply remove baskets, hitch pins, and cotter pins.
